Enfermedad Indiferenciada del Tejido Conectivo asociada a deficiencia de IgG2 e IgG4
Resumen
La enfermedad indiferenciada del tejido conectivo es una condición de etiología desconocida que comparte características clínicas, patológicas y de laboratorio de varias colagenosis, sin cumplir los criterios del Colegio Americano de Reumatología para el diagnóstico de una enfermedad reumática específica. El término deficiencia de subclase IgG se refiere a una disminución significativa en las concentraciones en suero de una o más subclases de IgG en un paciente cuya concentración total de IgG es normal, predisponiendo a infecciones recurrentes de otitis, bronquitis o sinusitis. Describimos el caso de una paciente con diagnóstico de enfermedad indiferenciada del tejido conectivo asociada a deficiencia de IgG2 e IgG4.
