Hasta hace unos años el embarazo era un situación desaconsejada en las pacientes que sufren de Lupus Eritematoso Sistémico, el presente trabajo muestra las modificaciones que a tenido este concepto, y el enfoque bioético de la consulta sobre la posibilidad de concebir un hijo en 9 mujeres que sufren de esta enfermedad y se atienden en el Servició Nacional de Reumatología, brindando orientaciones y consejos indispensables para que este hecho se lleve a cabo sin la presencia de complicaciones, y concluya con un embarazo natural y un parto a término, hecho que se logró en 4 pacientesDownloads
