Terapia respiratoria en pacientes con síndrome de Guillain Barré

El síndrome de Guillain-Barré una alteración disminuye que puede ser desencadenada por múltiples estímulos antigénicos, en particular por infecciones víricas o bacterianas y vacunas. Es la causa más común de parálisis flácida aguda. es la enfermedad neuromuscular que con más frecuencia afecta el sistema respiratorio y puede comprometer con fallas respiratorias. El tratamiento fisioterapéutico respiratorio con la utilización de técnicas novedosas ayuda a minimizar los riesgos de complicaciones. En la investigación se exponen los resultados de una revisión bibliográfica las técnicas más actuales en la terapia respiratoria. Se describen las principales afectaciones respiratorias en SGB, ejercicios que benefician, además de las técnicas. Como objetivo actualizar el tratamiento fisioterapéutico respiratorio, mediante nuevas técnicas para el manejo correcto de pacientes con síndrome de Guillain Barré. La muestra estuvo constituida por 24 estudios publicados en Google académico y Scielo. Los aportes más significativos se corresponden con las técnicas y ejercicios utilizados en la terapia respiratoria. Como conclusión, la terapia respiratoria es fundamental desde la detección de los primeros síntomas. Para ello se cuenta con técnicas que propician la mejora de la debilidad de los músculos respiratorios, la función pulmonar, activan el reflejo de la tos y ayudan a eliminar secreciones que pueden disminuir el riesgo de complicaciones y una mejor recuperación.
