Concepción teórico metodológica para la atención en la comunidad a pacientes con fibromialgia desde la Cultura Física Terapéutica

Introducción: en Cuba, la fibromialgia constituye la segunda causa de dolor más común dentro de las enfermedades reumatológicas. Dada sus características resulta un notable problema de salud en la población, es por ello que la comunidad científica centra su atención en la búsqueda de soluciones que permitan mejorar la salud y el estilo de vida de los pacientes aquejados de esta patología.
Objetivo: elaboración de una concepción teórico- metodológica para la atención en la comunidad a pacientes con fibromialgia desde la Cultura Física Terapéutica.
Métodos: la investigación de naturaleza descriptiva, se utiliza el método criterio de expertos donde se trabajó con un total de 30 expertos y se realizó una caracterización general de la muestra. Se empleó el método sistémico- estructural- funcional para el diseño de la concepción propuesta.
Resultados: la implementación de los métodos y técnicas de investigación arrojaron que, a través de las calificaciones otorgadas y los juicios valorativos emitidos por los expertos, que la concepción propuesta fuera pertinente y aplicable en el contexto comunitario, contrastada así en la estadística empleada.
Conclusiones: los resultados obtenidos mediante el método criterio de expertos evidenciaron la pertinencia de la concepción teórico- metodológica para la atención en la comunidad a pacientes con fibromialgia desde la Cultura Física Terapéutica.
