La Carga del Cuidador en Pacientes con Fibromialgia: Un Problema Subestimado
Abstract
La fibromialgia es una condición crónica compleja caracterizada por dolor generalizado, fatiga persistente, alteraciones del sueño y otros síntomas somáticos que impactan profundamente la calidad de vida de los pacientes. Sin embargo, sus efectos trascienden a quienes la padecen, imponiendo una carga significativa sobre los cuidadores.
