Intervención quirúrgica del hallux valgus. Experiencia con técnica de Bösch
Abstract
The known surgical techniques for the treatment of hallux valgus are numerous. This paper gathers our experience in the treatment of this entity with the surgical technique of "Bösch", after a year and a half of work in Italy. Out of a total of 15 patients operated on (15 feet), excellent postoperative results were obtained with 99.85% good and only one complication due to loss of fixation, so he underwent surgical reintervention. This technique is well accepted by the peacekeepers because 24 hours after surgery they begin to walk with rigid orthopedic shoes and heel support.
