Adaptive learning through artificial intelligence as an alternative to improve specific skills

Introduction: English language skills constitute a priority in the global professional context. The introduction of new techniques such as meaningful learning, based on artificial intelligence, improve the acquisition and consolidation of specific skills in the use of this language.
Objective: Present the advantages offered by adaptive learning of the English language through artificial intelligence as an alternative to improve specific skills.
Development: The elements related to the advantages offered by adaptive learning for the improvement of specific English language skills and the use of artificial intelligence as an alternative to improve these skills are analyzed. The main tools and specific skills that artificial intelligence positively influences are summarized.
Conclusions: Adaptive learning represents an evolution in traditional educational methods, combining technology with personalization and not only improving the effectiveness of learning, but also empowering students. AI is an effective and accessible alternative to improve specific skills. Thanks to its capacity for personalization, immediate feedback and simulation of real environments, it facilitates comprehensive language learning and encourages the development of key skills for effective communication in English.
