Recurrent polychondritis with pulmonary and vestibular neurological involvement. Clinical case report

Relapsing polychondritis is a rare inflammatory disease of autoimmune origin, its annual incidence is 3.5 per million inhabitants, usually presenting in the fourth or fifth decade of life, its etiology is unknown.
Regarding a case, a 35-year-old male patient is presented, with involvement of the nasal - auricular - tracheobronchial cartilage, panuveitis, neurological, vestibular and pulmonary involvement with 3 months of evolution, who was treated with cyclophosphamine and pulses. of methylprednisolone with a complete remission of his disease.
