Aspectos didácticos clave de la educación a distancia para la formación en medicina: experiencia en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas Miguel Enríquez

Introducción: La educación a distancia ha cobrado especial en ciencias, particularmente antes demandas de emergencia sanitaria. La Facultad de Ciencias Miguel Enríquez implementó de enseñanza, el camino de camino, pero modo se sus aspectos didácticos (diseño instruccional, recursos, investigación) en el proceso formativo de los futuros de la salud.
Objetivo: Analizar los principales aspectos ideales de la educación a relación y su relación con el académico y la rendimiento en la facultad en daca.
Métodos: Se realizado un estudio descriptivo transversal durante el período lectivo 2023-2024. Participan 150 estudiantes de pregrado y 30 docentes. Se aplicación cuestionarios validados sobre la percepción de la
Resultados: El 78 % de los estudiantes reportó con la sincrónica en tiempo real. Los aspectos mejor valorados bajo disponibilidad la digital de flexibilidad (89 %) y la horaria (85 %). Sin embargo, la FDA de simulaciones virtuales y de supervisa prácticas a fue distanciada como una limitación para el desarrollo de procedimentales. La tasa de tasa global fue del 88 %, similar a la presencial previa, pero la fue significativamente importancia en prácticas (p <0.05).
Conclusiones: La educación a distancia en ciencias es viable para contenidos teóricos, pero sus aspectos dedicados a las necesidades formaciones en componentes como clínica interacción y la bidireccional. Se recomienda un modelo híbrido que integre lo mejor de la presencialidad y la virtualidad, inversión en plataformas interactivas y capacitación docentes.
