Índice de daño en el lupus eritematoso sistémico ( slicc / acr). Su análisis en pacientes cubanos; 1997-1998

Además de los índices de actividad, han existido otros elementos que han antecedido a la necesidad de crear un sistema para medir daño en lupus eritematoso sistémico. En un momento determinado fue necesario separar las manifestaciones de actividad de las que son propias de la gravedad de esta enfermedad. Uno de los primeros intentos fue combinar de manera global la actividad y la gravedad; recientemente ambas dimensiones fueron separadas mediante el llamado índice de gravedad del lupus eritematoso sistémico. El índice de intensidad global se obtiene sumando los puntos de todas las variables encontradas en el paciente. En este estudio y por vez primera, se comprueba cuantifica la linfopénia en el lupus eritematoso sistémico, siendo esta además la variable más frecuente de los criterios preliminares para la clasificación del lupus eritematoso sistémico, que después fueron sustituidos por la serie revisada de 1982 del mismo organismo y para el mismo propósito.Downloads
