C- 178EFECTIVIDAD DE LA BALNEOTERAPIA EN LA SACROLUMBALGIA CRONICA OBSERVADAS EN OBREROS AGRICOLAS.

En los obreros agricolas que mantienen una postura enflexion por tiempo prolongado se observa con gran frecuenciala sacrolumbalgia crdnica. Las reacciones adversasypoca efectividad de las terapeuticas empleada, motivola realization de este trabajo, en el que se incluyeron24 pacientes, (obreros agricolas con diagndstico desacrolumbalgia crdnica), a los que se le indicd como unicotratamiento baflos con aguas mineromedicinales en el Balneariode San Diego de los Baflos, durante 21 dias,. Seobtuvo como resultado una mejoria total de los sintomasen el 75 % de los enfermos, una respuesta favorable partialen el 16,7 %y sdlo 2 pacientes no refirieron mejoriaalguna. Las reacciones termales observadas fueron: hipertensionarterial ligera y lesiones dermatologicas, cada en un paciente,que resolvieron con 2 dias de descanso terapeutico.Concluimos que la bafloterapia es efectiva en la
