MANIFESTA CIONES SISTEMICAS MAS FRECUENTES EN FACIENTES CON ARTRITIS REUMATOIDE

.Objetivos: Estudiar las manifestaciones sistemicas mds frecuentes en los pacientes con Artritis REUMATOIDE.Material YMetodo: Se estudian 65 pacientes con A. R. deestos corresponden 50 al sexo Fy lOal sexo M.; se recogiola information por metodo de encuesta mediante entrevistaindividual y revision del expediente clinico.Observandose el mayor % (60 Ho) tienen manifestacionesdigestivas siendo tambien considerables las manifestacionesneuroldgicas y genitounitaria; con 49,2 %y 38,5 %respectivamente. Reflejandose una relacidn causal significativade una P menor que 0,05.En cuanto a la evolucidn al 53,8 % de los pacientes evolucionande forma regular, el 32,3 % bien y el 13,9 % mal.
