DISOCIA CION ENTRE EL DOLOR Y LA INFLAMACION EN LA ARTRITIS REUMATOIDE.

El dolor es considerado por los pacientes y medicos en laAR como indicador de actividad de la enfermedad, sinembargo se evidencia en muchos casos disociacion entreestos dos sontomas.Objetivo: Determinar en un grupo de nuestros pacientescon AR segun criterios de la ACR teniendo en cuenta: escalavisual del dolor, numero de articulaciones inflamadas,velocidad de sedimentacion globular, factorreumatoideo.Resultados: La media de edad de los pacientes fue de 58ahosy 64 % tenian factor reumatoideo positivo. Se detectoen 18 pacientes dolor intenso sin signos clinicos ni de laboratoriode actividad de la enfermedad.Conclusiones: Los resultados obtenidos por nosotros evidencianque aproximadamente en 1 de cada 3 pacientescon AR hay disociacion entre el dolor y la inflamaciondebiendose precisar las causas del mismo y valorar lasdecisiones terapeuticas.
