Osteoartritis de columna cervical, presentación de un caso en edades tempranas

La osteoartritis de columna cervical es una entidad que se presenta relativamente frecuente en mujeres que llegan a los 50 años y más, es causa de dolor importante así como de discapacidad funcional por lo que afecta la percepción de la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud de las pacientes que la padecen. Múltiples son las causas que pueden acelerar su aparición y su evolución, incidiendo en el posterior curso de las manifestaciones que le acompañan. En este trabajo se presenta un caso de una paciente femenina de 48 años con cambios degenerativos severos en la columna cervical, no acordes con su edad biológica.Downloads
