La artroscopia en Cuba, sus inicios en el Servicio de reumatología del Hospital Docente Clínico Quirúrgico 10 de Octubre

La artroscopia es una técnica que comenzó utilizándose como método diagnostico y en la actualidad resulta un método quirúrgico de mínimo acceso de gran utilidad para solucionar múltiples afecciones reumáticas y ortopédicas, en el Hospital Docente Clínico Quirúrgico de 10 de Octubre, comienza a utilizarse este método en el año 1972, orientado por el profesor Manuel Lombas García y realizadas las primeras artroscopia por la Dra. Concepción Castell Pérez en el servicio de Reumatología de esta institución; ofrecemos un panorama de cómo sucedieron estos acontecimientos y el estado actual en el Servicio nacional de Reumatología.Downloads
