Osteoartrosis interfacetaria secundaria a material de osteosínteis

La osteoartritis de interfacetaria es una de las formas de presentación de los procesos degenerativos a novel de columna vertebral; tiene una mayor expresión a nivel de columna vertebral. Se presenta la radiografía de un paciente masculino, mestizo, de 57 años de edad, el cual presenta antecedentes de fractura de cadera hace18 años y en el cual se evidencias signos de osteoartrosis interfacetaria causado por el material de osteosíntesis utilizado durante la intervención quirúrgica.
