Camptocormia is conceptualized as a rare disease that occurs in patients over 50 years of age and is characterized by the presence of osteomyoarticular involvement that makes it impossible to carry out activities of daily living. To present the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic elements of camptocormia. 62-year-old male patient, who consults with clinical manifestations that, together with the results of laboratory examinations and imaging studies, lead to the diagnosis of camptocormia. Camptocormia is a disease that generates great disability; musculoskeletal disorders considerably limit the health-related quality of life of patients with this disease.Downloads
