Reflections and solutions to the little use of Cuban Scientific Production in the context of the Specialty of Rheumatology

Abstract

Reflections on the causes of low usability of accredited health production level and its implications for the recognition of our authors, medical journals and national research centers when the H index is used as a system to measure scientific productivity and curriculum our intellectuals; suggestions are made in order to reverse this trend.
