Reapertura del Servicio de Artroscopía en el Centro de Reumatología, una necesidad hecha realidad

Con extrema alegría recibimos la noticia de la reapertura del servicio de artroscopía del Centro de Reumatología.
Hoy evocamos las primeras artroscopías realizadas hace 41 años por la Dra. Concepción Castell Pérez, cuando por gestiones personales del profesor Manuel Lombas García, logra en el año 1972, que se le entregue al servicio de reumatología un artroscopio Watanabe 22 que se encontraba sin uso en la provincia de Pinar del Río, creando las bases de lo que sería el servicio de artroscopia.
