TECNICA DE HIPNORRELAJACION FRD: 10 AÑOS DE TRABAJO EN PACIENTES CON DOLOR CRONICO AGUDIZADO.

Desde 1994, venimos empleando de manera sistemática en pacientes con dolor crónico agudizado, la Técnica de Hipnorrelajación FRD (Flujo Respiratorio Dirigido) diseñada por nuestro equipo de trabajo, la que combinada con tratamiento de Medicina Tradicional y Natural, (acupuntura), ha demostrado su utilidad en el Alivio del Dolor (logrando promedio de reducción de X = 1.45 grados en la Escala del Dolor Análogo Visual de 0 a 5 grados) en patologías como cervicarlgias, dorsalgias, síndrome del túnel del carpo, atrofias de cuadriceps, diversas patologías de rodilla y hombros, así como fibromialgias, entre otras y dolor bajo de espalda), logrando reducir cifras tensionales elevadas en pacientes con dolor (incluso en situación prequirúrgica: Artroscopia de Rodilla: X= 15.87mmHg en Tensión Sistólica y X= 8.85mmHg en Tensión Diastólica como promedio de reducción de la Ansiedad, la Depresión y el Trastorno del Sueño acompañantes a la crisis dolorosa, aumentando el bienestar subjetivo del paciente reumático.
