ETIOPATOGEMA DE LAS ESPONDILOARTROPATIAS

La presente revision expone la funcion que desempeha elantigeno leucocitario humano (HLA-B27) en la togenesisde las espondiloartropatias. Se describe detalladamente lazona de union de peptidos de la molecula conocida comobolson 45. Como hipdtesis actuales en el surgimiento de laenfermedad se discuten la mimica molecular entre bacteriasartriotogenicas y HLA - B27; la positividad del HLA-B 2 7 y lapersistencia de las infeccionesenterobacteriales;HLA -B 2 7 factores modificantes; y el modelo delpeptidoartriotogenico. Se explica la funcion de la celula T CD 8en el desencadenamiento de la enfermedad y su controlpor los linfocitos T CD 4
