Bony pain as form of presentation of the multiple myeloma

The rheumatic illnesses are a group of around 250 sufferings that have inside their main symptoms the pain presence, either bony, to articulate or muscular, but to arrive to the diagnosis of the same ones we have to make the differential diagnosis with a without number of affections, where without a doubt some for their complexity and danger highlights the mieloproloiferatives illnesses. In this work we present the case of a 52 year-old patient that he/she goes for bony pain and whose final diagnosis was a multiple myeloma.Downloads
