Introduction: The osteoarthritis is the affection to articulate more frequently observed in the mature population of any region of the world, although its prevalence figures vary according to the geographical localization, the different ethnic groups, the sex, the age of the studied populations and the affected articulation, for the 2020 are considered that it is fourth o'clock it causes more frequent morbility.
Objective: To determine the demographic characteristic partner of the patients with osteoarthritis of knees assisted in the Rheumatology Center.
Methodology: I study descriptive. For the positive diagnosis they were kept in mind the approaches of the ACR. The demographic variable partner was described obtained through a survey that contained so much clinical elements as radiological useful to confirm the diagnosis of the illness.
Results: The age average was off 51.16 years. The biggest gender frequency corresponded to the feminine one with 74.96 %. The time of more frequent evolution was the one understood between 1 and 5 years. 62.52 % of the patients presented a comorbilidad and/or noxious habit at least.
Conclusions: The presence of angular deformities, as well as of comorbiditys and/or noxious habits it influences negatively in the appearance of the knee osteoartrosis The increment of the time of evolution and the comorbiditys presence influenced negatively in the taking of more than a group to articulate.
