1- Evaluación del bienestar psicológico en pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide.Drs. Carballar Alberteries L, Chico Capote A, Estevez del Toro M, Victoria García-Viniegras CR, Ortiz Labrada A.Servicio de Reumatología Hospital Hermanos Ameijeiras, La Habana, Cuba.Introducción: Hay evidencias de la importancia de la disciplina psicológica para el abordaje de la artritis reumatoide y la necesidad de un trabajo inter y transdisciplinario en su tratamiento. Debemos asumir esta enfermedad desde una perspectiva biopsicosocial. Objetivo: Evaluar el bienestar psicológico en los pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide. Pacientes y Método: Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo de corte transversal que incluyó 180 pacientes de la consulta de protocolo de Artritis Reumatoide atendidos de Junio del 2006 a Enero del 2008. A todos los pacientes incluidos se les recogió datos demográficos, clínicos, y de laboratorio, evaluándose índice de actividad (DAS28) y de capacidad funcional (HAQ). Se aplicó el cuestionario de bienestar psicológico CAVIAR. Se buscaron las diferencias de puntuaciones entre las distintas variables. Resultados. El tiempo de evolución muestra diferencias en la esfera de satisfacción laboral (p=0,027) y en la de satisfacción sexual (p=0,043) más afectado después de 10 años de evolución. La existencia de una enfermedad en remisión o en actividad o el grado de la misma no influyeron en el bienestar psicológico ni así la presencia de un factor reumatoide positivo. La capacidad funcional influyó de forma significativa en varios de los aspectos que evalúa el CAVIAR, desde el punto de vista de la satisfacción como el componente afectivo y el índice general del bienestar, todo lo cual más afectado con un HAQ mayor de 1. Conclusiones: El bienestar psicológico en pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide se encuentra afectado, influyendo de forma significativa el grado de capacidad funcional.Downloads
