La compleja estructura de la mayor de las articulaciones del cuerpo, la rodilla, conduce a dificultades especiales en el análisis de su sintomatología, así como en su reordenamiento clínico, el examen clínico reumatológico no es del todo efectivo en muchas ocasiones, por lo que se ha impuesto la necesidad de acceder a técnicas no invasivas para poder establecer un diagnóstico lo más exacto posible, la artroscopía ha modificado de manera radical la forma de enfocar las dolencias a nivel de varias articulaciones especialmente la rodilla, condicionado esto por ser el único medio que permite la visualización directa de las estructuras intraarticulares, estableciéndose el diagnóstico y el tratamiento de la mayoría de estas dolencias, este estudio e centra en la correlación entre la evaluación clínica, estudio ecográfico musculoesquelético y la artroscopía en el diagnóstico y tratamiento de afecciones de la rodilla.Downloads
