Caracterización ecográfica de las rodillas en la artritis reumatoide

Se estudiaron 150 pacientes procedentes del Servicio Nacional de Reumatología y de otros servicios de la especialidad en el país, en el periodo comprendido entre el año 2007 hasta el presente con diagnóstico de Artritis Reumatoide según los criterios del colegio norteamericano de Reumatología, a todos se le realizó ecografía de una o ambas rodillas según la indicación y la localización de su sintomatología siguiendo el método ecográfico correspondiente, las principales alteraciones encontradas fueron engrosamiento sinovial con proliferación en dedo de guantes, aumento de la vascularización de la membrana a predominio de vaso recto, afinamiento del cartílago articular, y la presencia de cambios degenerativos panarticulares está presente en el universo de este estudio.Downloads
