Sanguijuelas medicinales como tratamiento complementario en la osteoartritis de rodilla
Abstract
La hirudoterapia o terapia medicinal de la sanguijuela es una técnica que se ha usado desde el año 3500 a.C. para tratar diversas enfermedades (procesos inflamatorios, enfermedades oculares, dolor o várices). Las sanguijuelas secretan más de 100 sustancias bioactivas identificadas como antistasina, eglinas, guamerina, hirudina, saratina, bedelinas, complementos e inhibidores de la carboxipeptidasa.Downloads
