Relación entre la disfunción sexual y la fibromialgia

Se estudiaron 20 pacientes con fibrositis pertenecientes a un grupo etáreo entre 30 y 45 años y se dividieron en dos grupos. Grupo 1 que refirieron disfunción sexual (9 casos). Grupo 21os que no refirieron disfunción sexual (11 casos). Los que presentaron disfunción sexual se clasificó de acuerdo a la alteración de la respuesta sexual y se les realizó estudios neurofisiológicos y estudios psicológicos. Se vio que: La disminución de la libido fue el hallazgo más frecuente y le siguió después la anorgasmia. Se estudió el tiempo de latencia del R.B.C. en 9 pacientes y en 7 de ellas la prolongación del tiempo de latencia fue discreto, 8 dudoso, considerándose normal y en 2 fue ligero la prolongación del tiempo de latencia la cual no fue estadísticamente significativo. Los Potenciales Evocados Somato Sensoriales Sacros fueron normales. El análisis psicológico de nuestras pacientes nos permitió seleccionar la estrategia a seguir en los diferentes tipos de disfunción sexual, donde se observó pobre comunicación de la pareja a pesar de que las pacientes tenían un nivel intelectual y superior al promedio pero se observa una tendencia funcional inferior, debido a dificultades emocionales en ocasiones serias que disminuyen el rendimiento de la capacidad intelectual con predomino del estrés emocional, demostrándose una sexualidad desajustada con importantes insatisfacciones actuales e históricas, particularmente en la fase del deseo y la capacidad orgásmica. Existen conflictos respecto a la necesidad de dependencia, pasividad y poca o nula autoafirmación. Se ve pobreza en la amplitud de intereses variados, por lo general son limitados y superficiales. Se hallan concen trado en profundidad en una sola área. A nuestro entender los factores que intervienen en la disfunción sexual femenina son variados y numerosos siendo en estos pacientes muy importantes los factores psicológicos.Downloads
