Psiquiatría de enlace en pacientes con afecciones reumatológicas

Se realiza un estudio descriptivo para identificar la morbilidad psiquiatrita, en 115 pacientes ingresados con afecciones reumatológicas, que fueron atendidos en la consulta de Psiquiatría de Enlace del Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico 10 de Octubre durante el año 2010. La muestra estuvo integrada en su totalidad por pacientes del sexo femenino, predominó el grupo de edades de cuarenta a cuarenta y nueve años y los principales diagnósticos reumatológicos por orden de frecuencia fueron: Lupus eritematoso sistémico, Fibromialgia y Artritis reumatoide. Los diagnósticos psiquiátricos más frecuentes fueron el episodio depresivo, el Trastorno de personalidad y el Trastorno del sueño vigilia. Se obtuvo comorbilidad en la muestra a expensas del diagnóstico de Trastorno de personalidad aunque no de forma significativa. Dentro de los Trastornos de personalidad el histérico tuvo valor significativo. Fue la Fibromialgia la que mayor comorbilidad psiquiátrica presentó.Downloads
