La disciplina y el aprendizaje como valores en la actividad docente

Se hace una revisión bibliográfica de los valores como formaciones sicológicas de la personalidad, como reguladores de la actuación de los alumnos. Se refleja el valor fundamental que juega la familia y el profesor en el aula, determinante en la conducta ética del alumno en el aula y por supuesto en el comportamiento durante su vida porque marcará pautas en su futuro. El proceso de formación y asimilación de los valores es un trabajo educativo; la disciplina y aprendizaje constituye un elemento principal para elevar la calidad Educacional y es importante establecer la comunicación y compresión entre el maestro y el alumno.
