The hypotrophic osteoarthropathy is a syndrome characterized by an excessive proliferation of the skin and the bones in the parts more distils of the extremities, bulbous deformity in the tips of the fingers known as finger clubbing or fingers in drum toothpick, proliferation of the periostic of the tubular bones and spill sinovial. In a general way it is a not very frequent affection and it can be secondary to multiple sufferings inside those that play a fundamental paper the lung affections, and inside these those of origin tumoral. In this work the case of a 64 year-old masculine patient is presented with diagnostic of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy having like base a Squamous cell lung carcinoma.Downloads
