Fractura de fémur, utilización del Sistema Cable Ready

Mujer de 81 año, que tras sufrir caída en la residencia ha sufrido fractura de fémur derecho. Llega al hospital remitida de otro centro hospitalario para ser valorada y se sigue el protocolo establecido para este tipo de urgencia. Finalmente es ingresada en el servicio de traumatología para una intervención quirúrgica programada, en el que se utilizó un sistema cable ready por ser portadora de prótesis de cadera y de rodilla isilateral.
