En la actualidad, existen términos en el ámbito de la medicina que, desgraciadamente muchos profesionales del sector desconocen su significado, o la importancia que estos tienen. El término “homeostasis” en cuanto a equilibrio se trata, es el más conocido, pero, existen otros que, se refieren de igual modo a estados de equilibrio orgánico pero que, son menos conocidos, e incluso desconocidos para algunos, uno de ellos es el término “alostasis”, y alrededor de este existen una serie de conceptos clave para comprender la realidad que nadie nos ha enseñado, pero son fundamentales para la labor de cualquier trabajador de la salud.Downloads
